I am looking for about 12 "ushers" to help me get all the boats parked for the 09 Street Party
you duties may or may not include
Pre-Stage coordinator and assistant
Duties:
rounds up the people and boats at the Nautical Inn and sends them up to the Street party in order of their assigned parking (you should Know the participants boats and hopefully their faces)
Parking Ushers 8ish people needed
Duties:
You show up about 2hrs ahead of the street party, and help assist all the vendors and boating participants in getting set up and in place and provide any help to them they need. You are assigned "zones" of the street party to coordinate the set up and parking, once every one is settled in and the Street party is about 1hr underway your free from then on.
Street Party Greeter: 2 people at least (may rotate/switch off with any of the above positions)
Duties:
Same as Parking Usher but runs the main gate for most of the show (only let those cars/trucks/boats in the gate that are supose to be there) NO Side x Sides
